Basic requirements:
1. Responsible for the recovery, culture, passage and cryopreservation of daily cell lines, and some basic biology experiments.
2. Responsible for writing standard operating procedures; Write relevant experimental records and experimental reports.
3. Daily maintenance, equipment maintenance and calibration of laboratories and conventional laboratories; Including statistics and ordering of conventional reagent consumables; Maintenance of instruments and equipment, records of use, etc.
4. Regularly report the experimental work process, be able to analyze and judge the problems arising in the work and report to the superior in time;
5. Complete other tasks arranged by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in biology, biochemistry, biopharmaceutical, or microbiology related disciplines, love such laboratory scientific research work, diligent and studious, positive, with team spirit, excellent work experience, can appropriately relax the academic requirements.
2. Familiar with the basic experimental operation skills of cell culture, and be able to carry out basic experimental design.
3. Engaged in cell culture related development, confocal use experience or scientific research application is preferred.
4. Proficient in reading Chinese and English literature, good induction and summarization ability.
5. Good teamwork ability and pressure resistance, able to accept challenges in new technology fields, patient and meticulous, willing to engage in laboratory work for a long time.
