Shocked! Can cell scratch experiments be so easy?

Publish Date: 2022-10-17

Cell scratch assay (also known as wound-healing assay) is a routine experiment to detect cell migration and tumor invasion. Usually on monolayer adherent cells cultured in vitro, artificially line the middle area of cell growth, take pictures and record at regular intervals, obtain picture sequences at multiple time points, and reflect the aggressiveness of cells by systematically planning the change of trace area or width over time and the percentage of wound healing.
